GENERAL POLICY
Crown Auto Rental offers a number of different requirements based on the individual needs of our customers. The basic outlines for renting a car are as follows, but remember, because we are family owned and operated, we can customize our requirements to fit your special needs.

INSURANCE REPLACEMENT AND DIRECT BILLING
If a replacement vehicle is what you need, we can help. We offer special replacement and insurance rates. With authorization, we can even take care of the direct billing to the insurance company. Please feel free to contact us with any questions that you may have. Our staff has over nineteen years of combined experience with insurance replacement and direct billing.

18-21 YEARS OF AGE
If you are 18 to 21 years of age, we require you to have a credit card in your name, a valid drivers licence and full coverage insurance. We do not charge extra for being under 25 years of age. Additional drivers that are 18-21 must meet the same requirements as the primary driver. There is a $5.00 per day additional driver charge.

22+ YEARS OF AGE
If you are using a credit card and have your own full coverage insurance which is transferable, then you can rent a car for as low as $19.95 per day, plus tax. For our customers that prefer to use cash, we accept cash deposits. We also offer optional CDW( collision damage waiver ). For special circumstances, please call or email us to get the best rates for your needs.

OUT OF STATE AND INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS
If your a visitor to our state, we at Crown Auto Rental would like to welcome you with the same easy terms we extend to our local customers. If you need to do a cash deposit, or have questions on how CDW ( collision damage waiver ) can benefit you, contact our office: 1.503.230.1103. For International drivers, we recommend an international driver's license. While not required in Oregon, it will make any contact with officials easier. We will be happy to answer all your questions and get you the best rates available during your stay in Oregon.

BABY/TODDLERS SAFETY TIPS
Oregon requires infants and toddlers to be secured by child safety seats. When making your reservations, please inform the rental agent, so that a child safety seat can be reserved for you.
